The enchanting quaich was traditionally a whisky cup but over the years has transformed into a symbol of history, family, love, and kinship for those with Scottish roots or a Scottish connection. It has been created by none other than The Quaich Company; our online shop specialising in handcrafted Celtic gifts in pewter such as quaichs, flasks, tankards and goblets. The company was established in Glasgow over 50 years ago and is now run by us here at Wentworth Pewter.

Our craftsmen use traditional metalsmithing skills that have been kept alive for over five hundred years, and it’s fitting that they should hone pieces for a company steeped in heritage and elegance such as the Belmond Royal Scotsman.
