Delivery

• Delivery times: We use first class post and aim to dispatch all orders within two days of receipt excluding weekends. We recommend that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
• If you live in Scottish Highlands & Islands or an island in the British Isles, we cannot do Next Day Delivery - this usually takes at least 2 days.
• Urgent orders: We offer registered post and next day delivery for urgent orders. Please order before 11:00am Monday to Thursday 
• Larger orders: These are better dispatched using a courier service and will require a signature on receipt.
• Contact us: Please email sales@wentworth-pewter.com if you wish to check the progress of your order or if you wish to use a different delivery method then those listed.

Christmas hours

We close for two weeks during Christmas. We can deliver during this time, however please expect longer delivery times. We will keep all customers informed of delays wherever possible.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your handcrafted piece from Wentworth Pewter and make every effort to ensure that you receive it in immaculate condition. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we will issue you a full refund or replacement. Please contact us prior to returning your item and within 28 days of placing your order.

Repairs

We are happy to quote for and repair any damaged pewter items if we can. Please contact us if you wish to use this service.

For all orders to customers in the EU please note that prior to delivery VAT will be charged on all purchases at the local rate, this will be collected by the courier company and is additional to the order payment
